1. General information

These terms govern the purchase of products made through the official Varlion Classic website, owned by Soulcircuit Unipessoal, LDA (whose identification details are set out in the Legal Notice). Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.

These terms may be modified at any time, so we recommend reviewing them before making each purchase.

2. Products

Varlion Classic sells padel-related products, including rackets, accessories, and sports equipment. Product images and descriptions are for guidance only. Varlion Classic reserves the right to modify products, prices, and content at any time.

3. Purchase process and contract formation

The website content constitutes an invitation to treat. The order placed by the user constitutes a purchase offer.

After placing an order, the user will receive an acknowledgement email. This does not constitute acceptance of the order, but only confirmation of receipt.

The contract is only considered concluded once Varlion Classic confirms shipment of the order via the corresponding dispatch confirmation.

Varlion Classic may refuse or cancel an order in case of lack of availability, pricing or description errors, or when there are reasonable grounds to consider the order fraudulent or irregular. In such cases, if payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued.

4. Prices

All prices shown on the website include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs will be displayed before completing the purchase.

Prices in force at the time of ordering apply. Varlion Classic reserves the right to modify prices, without affecting orders already confirmed by shipment.

5. Payment methods

Accepted payment methods:

• Apple Pay

• Google Pay

Varlion Classic reserves the right to modify or expand available payment methods.

Card payments are processed through a secure payment gateway; payment data is transmitted in encrypted form to the financial institution, and Varlion Classic does not have access to it. Any refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

6. Shipping and delivery times

All orders are prepared and shipped from Madrid, Spain. Estimated delivery times:

• Mainland Spain: 1–2 business days

• Rest of Europe: 2–4 business days

• Outside Europe: 7–10 business days

Delivery times are indicative and may be affected by external factors beyond Varlion Classic’s control. Shipping costs will be shown before completing the purchase.

Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the user, who is responsible for ensuring its accuracy. Varlion Classic is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

7. Delivery issues

If delivery is not possible due to reasons attributable to the customer (repeated absence, incorrect address, etc.), the carrier may attempt a new delivery or contact the customer.

Orders returned to origin due to lack of customer response may incur return costs.

The customer must check the order upon receipt and report any issue (damaged packaging, incorrect item, etc.) as soon as possible to info@varlionclassic.com.

8. Transfer of risk and ownership

Risk transfers to the customer once they, or a third party indicated by them (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the products. Ownership is transferred once full payment has been received and the order has been delivered.

9. Right of withdrawal and returns

Customers have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without providing any reason.

To do so, they must send an unequivocal statement to info@varlionclassic.com.

To qualify for return, the product must:

• Be unused

• Retain its original packaging

• Be in perfect condition

The customer is responsible for any decrease in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, or functioning of the product.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date Varlion Classic is informed of the withdrawal decision. However, Varlion Classic may withhold reimbursement until the products are received or proof of return is provided, whichever occurs first.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the issue is due to an error or defect attributable to Varlion Classic.

10. Warranty

All products are covered by the applicable legal warranty under current regulations. Additionally, padel rackets include a 6-month warranty exclusively for manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover:

• Impacts

• Breakage due to misuse

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by improper use

The 6-month manufacturing defect warranty is complementary and does not replace or limit the statutory consumer warranty rights. For padel rackets, to process a warranty claim it is essential to send an email to info@varlionclassic.com including:

• Photos of all sides of the racket

• Detailed description of the issue

• Order number or proof of purchase

Each case will be evaluated individually by Varlion Classic’s technical team. In case of a defective or incorrect product attributable to Varlion Classic, the customer is entitled to a full refund, including initial shipping costs and, where applicable, return costs, or a replacement product, in accordance with consumer regulations. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.

11. Availability

All orders are subject to stock availability. If an item is unavailable after an order is placed, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and a refund will be issued.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits Varlion Classic’s liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Within the limits permitted by law, Varlion Classic shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from or related to the use of the website or the purchase of products. This does not affect the rights granted to consumers under applicable law.

13. Events beyond our control

Varlion Classic shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including strikes, conflicts, natural disasters, epidemics, transport or telecommunications failures, or governmental restrictions. During such events, obligations shall be suspended.

16. Applicable law

These terms are governed by applicable e-commerce and consumer protection laws. If the customer acts as a consumer, they will retain the protection granted by mandatory provisions of their country of residence.
